Glenmor Equipment is looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk / Receptionist.

The successful candidate must be professional and be able to handle a variety of administrative tasks.

Candidate must be proficient in accounting software, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. 3 to 5 years work experience in a similar position is required.

Assigned duties will include but not limited to: Answering phones, filing, processing mail, monthly bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.

Additional duties to include:   Accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries.

The successful candidate must be detail oriented and be willing to work independently while having a comprehension of all departments of Glenmor including sales, parts, and service.
