Better Drying

Tough grain is a fact of life on any farm and aeration is a great tool to deal with it. With 3 perforated triangular legs that extend to the outer diameter of the cone, Jetstream provides an even flow of air throughout the bin for exceptional cooling and drying.

For even better performance, consider heated aeration. Jetstream combined with heated air is capable of drying high moisture grain down without the risk of damage. You can deal with uncooperative weather or simply get the combines going earlier and deal with the grain once its in the bin.

OEM Equipment or Retrofit – Bridgeview hoppers are be pre-punched for Jet Stream when ordered as a package. As a retrofit, Jet Stream’s bolt-together design fits through the man-way of most existing hopper cones.

Features may include:

• Jet Stream air utilizes 3 triangular aeration legs, perforated on both sides. Air is directed through an external plenum to the 3 legs. The steep legs and tapered cover panels shed grain for easy cleanout.

• The impact of high moisture grain falling on a central aeration system can structural damage. Jet Stream uses reinforced, low profile legs that start away from the center column of the bin to minimize any impact damage.

• Jet Stream air uses more perforations for more air flow; nearly double your drying capacity versus conventional rocket style systems.

• Small grains are no problem. Each louver features a central tang to block seeds like canola from entering.

• Jet Stream Air is available with single-phase fan motors up to 10 hp; these fans are suitable for aerating standard bins up to 27' in diameter. Larger 3-phase fan motors are recommended for aerating larger bins.

• The system is manufactured to withstand up to 50’ of grain depth.

• All components of the Jet Steam Air system are galvanized or powder coated to last for years.
